By creating an account or using Fill a Court you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
- You must be old enough to make your own account and give us accurate details.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
- Be kind. Do not harass other players, post anything unlawful, or try to break or misuse the app.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
There is no place here for harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or spam. Anyone can report a person, a message, a profile or a club from the "..." menu next to it, and can block anyone from their profile or a message they sent. We review reports, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend the accounts behind it. Blocked people cannot see you and you cannot see them.
Playing tennis
Fill a Court only helps people find each other. Playing is at your own risk, and we do not run, supervise or insure any game. Courts are booked and paid for outside the app, and we are not a party to any booking.
Your content
You keep what you post, such as chat messages and profile details. You let us store and show it to the people it is meant for so the app can work. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
The app is provided as it is. We try to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we are not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
